This year 263 stores throughout Finland are participating in the Tuuletus campaign to recycle old bedclothes. Throughout the month of February you can bring your unused or clean used duvet covers, pillowcases, sheets and pillows to collection points in Finlayson stores and the following Finlayson retailers in Finland: Prisma, K-Citymarket, Anttila, Euromarket, Sokos, Kodin Ykkönen, Carlson, Kärkkäinen, Halpa-Halli, Minimani, Tex and Veljekset Keskinen.

Finlayson turns 190 in 2010. To celebrate both our long history and Finnish design, we are reintroducing well-known classic patterns from different periods. In addition, we will donate 1% from the sales of these classic products to support Finnish youth. Our classic pattern for January is Optinen Omena.

Habitare, Finland's largest furniture, interior decoration and design fair, will take over the exhibition halls of the Helsinki Fair Centre from 9 to 13 September 2009. Finlayson and Familon products will be presented at the fair's Ahead! Design area, which will showcase design based on today's values.
